FREE SHIPPING

Enjoy FREE standard shipping for all orders over $188 (or any 3pc of dresses in one parcel)  to Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and most other European countries. No coupon code is needed. The free shipping offer will be automatically applied at checkout once your order total reaches the required amount.

Standard shipping may take 7-15 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location. There may be delays during the holiday season, and may take up to 25-35 business days to arrive. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties due to their custom’s policy.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Dressket.com provides international shipping on all purchases. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the below delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and should be used as a guideline only. Please note that we charge a flat shipping fee per order, depending on the location the parcel is being shipped to. All available shipping options are displayed during checkout, including free shipping if your order qualifies.

Please let us know the item(s) you are interested in (by providing the URL or link of the item), and the colour and size you need. In order for us to provide faster and more effective assistance, please also provide your delivery address (or at the very least, a postcode and country of destination) so that we can find you the fastest (and most economical) express courier service options. Express courier service via DHL Express or UPS will require at least 2-5 days for shipping.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our ready stock dresses usually ships (that is, leaves our office or warehouse) within 2-7 days. As for made to measure dresses or pre-order dresses (in situations where we have run out of stock but the customer still wishes to order), it normally ships within 8-25 days after the tailoring is completed. Before placing your order, please refer to the respective product information to determine the duration as it differs across dresses.

After an order is shipped, it may take around 6-15 business days to arrive, depending on the country of the destination (please refer to the table above). Again, this delivery timeframe is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

Say for example, you were to order a dress which ships within 3-7 days and your delivery address is to Australia. The earliest possible your order will arrive is within 9 business days (ships in a minimum of 3 days, with a minimum delivery time of 6 business days).

All orders are shipped via reliable shipping carriers such as Australia Post, EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex and etc. Under normal circumstances, orders will usually arrive within the duration as specified by the shipping carrier. Occasionally, there may be delays caused by customs clearance, so please take this into consideration if you need your item(s) by a certain date. Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government.

REFUSED PACKAGES

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via Australia Post, EMS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS and etc. are subject to the ‘Terms and Conditions of Service’ specified by the logistics companies.
